Gala dinner
The Gala dinner is scheduled on Thursday, July 11, 2024. It will take place at Les Bassins des Lumières.

Access & Information:
- Please take the tram to Cité du Vin (tram B, direct from the conference venue -place de la Victoire-, 20min from Victoire stop). A bus will wait for you at the Cité du Vin tram stop, students volunteers will be there to help. It will take you to the gala dinner venue (Bassins des Lumières). You can also go by foot, 25-30min walk. If you have any doubt, please scan the QR code at the back of your badge, all the information you need is also there.
- The bus from Cité du VIn to Bassin des Lumières will work from 7:30pm to 8:30pm.
- On the way back, there will be a bus from Bassins des Lumières to Cité du Vin (11:00pm – midnight) or to Place des Quinconces (midnight – 01:00am).
- It might be a little bit cold there so bring a jumper/jacket.
- There will be a DJ playing after dinner as well as complimentary drinks (wine, beers, cocktails and soft drinks), until 01:00
Alternative access fully by public transport:
Tram C: stop Raveziès (towards Blanquefort or Parc des expos)
Then bus n°9: stop Base sous-marine (towards Brandenburg)
Excursions
Tour to Saint Emilion, with visit of the Medieval City, visit of a Wineyard/Chateau and wine tasting. The bus to get there will leave at 13:00pm, on Friday 12 July, in front of the University where the conference takes place.
